FRITZ BAILY was organized in 1984 by Herb Fritz, AIA, and Ted Baily, AIA. The principals bring with them over 50 years of extensive management and design experience on a variety of project types including governmental, institutional, historical, educational, commercial, and housing. Ongoing projects are highly technical in nature involving efforts in feasibility analysis, code compliance reviews, accessibility planning, and post construction consultation in both new construction and renovation.
